Initial Consultation

  • Who are initials for?

    • New clients to Atlas: first-ever consultation

    What to expect:

    • 60 minutes minimum

    • Variety of techniques including: remedial/sports massage, manual therapy, instrument assisted (i.e., cupping, blading), dry needling, exercise prescription, sports rehabilitation

    What to expect after:

    • We will work closely with you and/or your coach, or physiotherapist

    • After your initial, you will book in subsequent consults for ongoing treatment and/or maintenance

Follow-Up

  • Who are subsequent sessions for?

    • Clients who have already had an initial consultation

    • Please do not book this before your initial consultation

    What to expect:

    • 45-minutes or 60-minutes

    • Variety of techniques including: remedial/sports massage, manual therapy, instrument assisted (i.e., cupping, blading), dry needling, exercise prescription, sports rehabilitation

    • Optional additional time if requested during a 45-minute consult at an additional fee

Online Telehealth

  • This is an online telehealth consultation. Please be ready for the consult in a gym or in an open area where you can self-massage and exercise. It might help to have a laptop or phone on a camera tripod.

    To secure a booking, payment is required in advance and is non-refundable.

    Who are online telehealth consults for?

    • Existing clients of Atlas

    • We do not accept new clients at this stage

    What to expect:

    • 60 minutes minimum

    • Self-massage/mobilisation techniques

    • Analysation and breakdown of movement patterns

    • Exercise prescription

    What to expect after:

    • We will work closely with you and/or your coach, or physiotherapist

    • After your session, you have the chance to book in another online consult or attend in-clinic

Bodybuilding Pre-Show Flush

  • This is a pre-show bodybuilding flush designed to help bodybuilders achieve the most aesthetic appearance possible by minimising tissue restriction when posing, reducing biomechanical imbalances in physique, and reduce water retention.

    Please wear the appropriate clothing for treatment.

    What to expect:

    • 90 minutes

    • Variety of different techniques including lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, active release technique, joint mobilisations

    Suggested Timeframe:

    • 2-5 days out from competition (at coach’s discretion)

    Recommendations:

    • Booking previous sessions to help better understand the mechanics of your body, and the best techniques to improve overall aesthetics
